How
does FavePay
work?
Select your MāoBox subscription plan that will suit your kitty's needs. You will be supporting a local shelter with every order of MāoBox!
We pack selected surprises and goodies, delivered every 2 months to your kitty!
Unpack MāoBox and kitty can immediately enjoy treats and a new box!
Our delivery months are February, April, June, August, October, December.
Place your MāoBox order and we will deliver you a box around the 15th of the month, with the option of either doorstep delivery or at a convenient location for your pickup.
If you place an order after the 15th, we will deliver your box within 3 working days if there are boxes for the month still available.
If we are sold out for the month (this will be stated on our website), your box will automatically fall under the next batch of box deliveries in 2 months' time.
Ala carte boxes start from $29, with discounts for subsequent subscription plans. Delivery to doorstep fees are applicable, whilst selecting a convenient location for your pickup is free of charge, with effect from 1 Jan 2019. See pricing details

Once you place your order, you will have an option to select from the following pickup locations for free, during store operating hours. Please allow at least 3 working days for delivery to individual stores.
Items not collected within 3 days of arrival at the store will be redirected to the logistics warehouse. Customers will need to request a redelivery and top up the redirection fee.
We reserve the right to forfeit or refund subscription fees if boxes are left uncollected over a period of 60 days
Please make payment through the FAVEPAY app to merchant MAOBOX to enjoy cashback of 5% on a single box, or 3% on a subscription plan.

Boxes are available on a first come first serve basis, which means orders that are received after boxes are sold out for the month will automatically be rolled over to the next batch of boxes.
After some research with cat owners, we noted that monthly boxes may cause an oversupply and piling up of cat treats and food products, especially for single cat households.
We have introduced our new Pawty boxes for multi-cat households! A Pawty size box contains an additional 3 or 4 products as compared to our standard size box.
10% of the price of each MāoBox will be donated to Love Kuching Project, a local non-profit organisation dedicated to the rehabilitation and rehoming of sick or injured stray cats and abandoned kittens.
